Frequently asked questions

Polymath Learner support, clearly answered.

Availability, troubleshooting, purchases, privacy, and accessibility—before you need to open a ticket.

Where can I download Polymath Learner?

Polymath Learner does not yet have a verified public App Store link. Its product page will change when public availability is confirmed.

What should I include in a support ticket?

Choose the exact product and impact, then include your device model, operating-system version, app version or build, the steps you took, and the exact wording of any message.

What should I do if local progress looks missing?

Do not delete or reinstall the app while the issue is being investigated. Open a ticket from the same device and include the last time the progress appeared correctly.

Can support handle purchases or refunds?

We can help identify a Peak Play purchase and troubleshoot access. App Store charges and refund decisions are handled through Apple; never send a card number or Apple Account password.

How are child-safety and privacy concerns handled?

Select the safety, privacy, or child-protection impact so the request is prioritized. An adult should submit the ticket and must not include a child’s precise location, private health information, or credentials.

How do I report an accessibility problem?

Include the accessibility setting or assistive technology in use, the screen or action involved, what you expected, and what happened instead. Accessibility feedback is welcome for released, testing, and concept-stage products.
