Release labels matter
Products marked candidate, beta, pilot, private, or in development are not promises of public availability, uninterrupted service, or a particular launch date.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape private records, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or harmful material.
Games and progress
The web edition may store game progress in the local browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or private-browsing behavior can remove that local progress. Native-app and browser saves are separate unless the app explicitly offers a transfer.
Accounts and organizations
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and invitation links private, and use only organizations you are authorized to join. Owners and admins are responsible for member access and product settings inside their workspace.
Peak Play Athlete beta
Peak Play Athlete is private test software. Features, data formats, and availability may change before public release, and beta access is not a promise of a particular launch date.
Intellectual property
Studio names, original characters, software, artwork, and written materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Do not redistribute a product except through an authorized channel.
Support
We aim to answer support requests but do not promise a specific response time. For urgent safety, financial, legal, or medical matters, use an appropriate qualified service rather than this support desk.
