Become a game-design detective
Ask what the game showed before it introduced a new obstacle. A color, sound, animation, or safe practice area may have quietly explained the rule.
Then ask what the designer could make clearer. Children do not need coding vocabulary to evaluate a system or explain a better experience.
This habit builds agency. Instead of treating software as magic, players begin to see choices, patterns, and opportunities to create.
