Bus & Crowd Puzzle / Grid routing puzzle

QueueShift

A finished offline transit-control puzzle built from discrete moves, readable queues, matching rules, and the satisfaction of turning gridlock into flow.

iPhoneiPadPortrait

Core interaction

The player loop

Dispatch direction-constrained vehicles, open gates, board matching passengers, and clear each station within its target move count.

World direction

Cheerful retro-futuristic transit control center.

Brand and gameplay assets remain original and will be produced only for this title.

Shareable hook

“Can you clear this station in six moves?”

Creative must be captured from the real build—never a separate fake interaction.

Development roadmap

Archive ready · Apple account required

Studio priority 02. No public release date is announced.

  1. DONE

    Prove the routing system

Deterministic dispatch, matching, gates, undo, restart, solver-backed hints, and deadlock detection pass automated tests.

  2. DONE

    Build the release campaign

Sixty offline stations, tutorial, progression, Daily Dispatch, settings, local saves, and original presentation are complete.

  3. DONE

    Validate native iOS

Touch play, safe areas, persistence, screenshots, privacy manifest, signed archive, and physical-device installation have been verified.

  4. NOW

Sign Xcode into the authorized Apple account, create distribution signing, upload the archive, complete store agreements, and submit for review.

Why this fits the pipeline

Engineering plan

Discrete grid state powers deterministic undo, solver-backed hints, automatic deadlock detection, persistent progress, and 60 validated stations.

Risk control

The complete campaign passes automated solver checks; the native iOS build has also passed Simulator QA, signed archiving, and physical-device installation.

Player value

Fair by design

Paid upfront with the complete 60-station campaign. No ads, tracking, account, or in-app purchases.

Production truth

Concept art is not a shipping promise.

Icon, screenshots, trailer, press kit, privacy page, and store metadata advance with the vertical slice. Unknown links and dates stay intentionally unpublished.

The studio promise

Ad-free fun, learning, and self-improvement.

This concept is being shaped around ad-free play, a clear learning or skill-building benefit, and progress that respects the player's time.
